Copley 鬆裝密度分析儀 (Bulked Density Tester)
量測原理:
1. 粉末的堆積密度極難量測,可描述為粉末倒入量測容器中的密度。
2. 由於堆疊的體積來自於顆粒間的吸附力以及流動性,因此輕微的干擾便會導致密度的變化。
3. Copley Scott Volumeter獨特的四檔板設計能有效消除人為的初始應力,降低因操作者不同
所造成的差異。
4.Scott Volumeter 堆積密度儀符合美國藥典USP<616> method2量測方法。

USP <616> BULK DENSITY
Apparatus—The apparatus consists of a top funnel fitted with a 1.0-mm sieve.1 The funnel is mounted over a baffle box containing four glass baffle plates over which the powder slides and bounces as it passes. At the bottom of the baffle box is a funnel that collects the pow-der and allows it to pour into a cup of specified capacity mounted directly below it. The cup may be cylindrical (25.00 ± 0.05 mL volume with an inside diameter of 30.0 ± 2.00 mm)
